Blue Box (manga)

 Blue Box( Japanese アオのハコ, Hepburn Ao no Hako) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kouji Miura. It has been reissued in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump since April 2021, with its chapters collected in 17 tankōbon volumes as of October 2024. An anime TV series adaption produced by TMS Entertainment and amped by Telecom Animation Film premiered in October 2024. 

 The series focuses on Taiki Inomata, a pupil at Eimei Junior and Senior High who's a member of the boys' badminton platoon. Every morning, he trains alongside his upperclasswoman and fellow crush Chinatsu Kano, who's on the girls' basketball platoon. still, Chinatsu moves in with Taiki's family when her parents leave Japan to work abroad. With Chinatsu now living with him, Taiki aims to sluggishly develop his relationship with her as they both strive to make it to the public crown with their separate brigades.

 The main promoter. An avaricious badminton player who strives to succeed despite lapses. He greatly admires Chinatsu Kano for her fidelity to basketball and harbors a huge crush on her. While frequently awkward and emotional his unvarying determination and sincerity sluggishly earns him respect from others. His thing is to reach the National Crowns a dream he shares with Chinatsu in their separate sports. 

 Chinatsu Kano( 鹿野 千夏, Kano Chinatsu)

 The main womanish promoter. She's the star player of the girls' basketball platoon. She's one grade above Taiki and is frequently the first person at practice. She was formerly a terrible basketball player but her fidelity has helped grow into a strong player who hopes to make Citizens. She moves in with Taiki's family when her parents leave to work abroad, and her and Taiki sluggishly come musketeers supporting each other. 

 Hina Chōno( 蝶野 雛, Chōno Hina)

 Taiki's friend who's on the metrical slimnastics platoon. She's relatively theatrical and loves to tease Taiki. She sluggishly develops passions for Taiki despite encouraging him to go after Chinatsu. 

 Kyo Kasahara( 笠原匡, Kasahara Kyō)

 Taiki's stylish friend and fellow badminton player. Quiet and observant he frequently understands more than anyone differently. Though sardonic( especially with Taiki) he's a authentically caring and wise person. 

 Kengo Haryū( 針生健吾, Haryū Kengo)

 A professed badminton player in Chinatsu's grade who ends up getting a tutor and rival to Taiki. Though he's frequently hard on Taiki he sluggishly grows to respect his tenacity and growing skill.
